Nisha Patel is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the Software Engineering industry. She has played a critical role in assessing projects on the Agile delivery maturity and providing guidance on moving up the maturity level.
Nisha's introduction to Scrum in 2008 sparked her passion for the agile methodology. She believes that teamwork is essential to the success of any project and has since then been actively training and coaching project team members on Scrum, helping them in their journey of Agile transformation.
Nisha has led the many successful delivery of complex projects for multiple clients and has a strong expertise in implementing and leading Traditional and Scrum based development and delivery processes supporting distributed teams on medium to large-scale .NET based enterprise projects. In the journey Nisha has also played different roles including Project Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Scrum Developer (Test and Dev) and Agile trainer and coach.
