The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The method of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership. Everyone has goals they want to reach, challenges they are striving to overcome, ideas that need a road map, and times when they feel stuck. Agilemania has a vision for individuals and organizations to unleash untapped resources through coaching.
Partnering with a coach can change your mindset, setting you on a path to greater personal and professional fulfillment. Our coaching is mainly focused on organizational agility, although we do offer professional coaching programs as well. We have three stages for agile coaching that you can explore based on your individual needs. These coaching services are available for an individual and organization. We often refer to the Coach-the-Coach Agile coaching program while facilitating it for change agents within the organization.
We categorized our Coaching Program into Four Stages
We offer a modularized coaching program for individuals on a particular topic. This work cost just a cup of coffee. Pick a topic on which you need coaching and buy a coffee for your coach.
Currently, we offer SIX coaching certification programs, and each program has two popular knowledge-based certification training from ICAgile. It will get delivered over the 4-5 weekends. Every Saturday and Sunday for 4 hours.
We have a list of uniquely designed long-term coaching programs for individuals and organizations. It is a combination of certification training, projects, group mentoring, individual mentoring, and coaching. The length of the program is 16-17 weeks.
Agilemania coaches offer ICF (International Coaching Federation) coaching training for individuals and organizations towards the ICF learning path. Our professional coaching training aligned pathway programs are for dynamic, experiential learners who seek to be transformational coaches.
