Competent Agile™ program series are four months long programs with 2 hours every week online Face-to-Face mentoring in a 6-12 people group. It includes one-on-one coaching as and when needed. We have four mentoring programs that will run for 15 weeks.
We recognize challenges in agile adoption in the absence of a pragmatic approach by agile professionals. Having foundational agile & scrum certifications (with/without 2/3 days of training) does not provide enough learning opportunities to be pragmatic while dealing with organizational challenges. Our purpose of having a Competent Agile™ mentoring program is to bridge the gap between foundational certification training and practical expectation.
Agile professionals need competency to guide teams and organizations towards the vision for organizational agility. The competent Agile™ series is a coach-the-coach and coach-the-leader program to develop competency by mentoring and coaching. We mentor based on real-time projects/product by either having the mentee’s product or our product. Our goal is not to provide certification through this program. However, participants may earn many credentials by joining classes run by mentors.
